Q- Where are you located?
I'm located in Corpus Christi, Texas in the Calallen area. 

Q- Do you ship?
Unfortunatlely, I cannot ship due to Texas Cottage Law. 

Q-How much notice do you need for custom cookie orders?
Generally a minimum of 2 weeks notice is best. Sometimes my schedule allows for shorter notice but not often. Please note that holidays are very busy and I will book up faster.

Q- Do you deliver?
I'm happy to deliver within a 25 mile radius from my house in Calallen for a $20 delivery fee. 

Q-How long do cookies stay fresh?
Cookies unsealed stay fresh about 1 week. Cookies that are heat sealed individually can last up to 2 weeks. They can be frozen for several months. 

Q- How do you store frozen cookies?
Cookie can be frozen for up to 3 months. Place in an air tight container still in their heat-sealed wrappers and set in the freezer. When ready to enjoy them again, place the container unopened on the counter for no less than 3 hours. 

Q-What is the minimum order for standard to large cookies?
Minimum order is 1 dozen cookies.

Q-What if I need to cancel?
If I have already started your order, refunds will be considered based on where I am in the process. If you need to cancel, please contact me asap!!

Q- Do you provide bulk discounts?
Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me knowin advance and I'll do my best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.
