Custom Orders start at $48
For custom orders please fill out the Custom Order Inquiry form on the left hand side of the website to obtain a quote and to check for availability. Please do not submit payment! I will send you a quote.

If your date is available, total payment is due to secure your booking on my calendar. Your date is not booked until full payment is received!!

Please include your name, email, phone number, date needed, amount needed, theme, colors, and any wording.

Minimum of 2 week notice.

Terms and Conditions:

Please Read- your payment means your are accepting the terms and conditions listed below.

Payments:
You pay, I bake! Full payment is required up front so that I can source your cookie cutters, spectacular sprinkles, and perfect packaging. Your payment also reserves your pick-up date too!

Refunds:
I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. If I have already started your order, refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis depending on where I am in the process. If you need to cancel, please contact me asap!!

Cottage Food Laws:
Double L Cookies LLC, is a home based business and operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law. State law requires me to let you know that I bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health or a local health department. I can assure you that every possible care is taken to insure clean, sanitary conditions. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free or gluten free.

Pick-up Dates and Time:
Pick-up date is set upon ordering.
Pick up times will be scheduled closer to the pick-up date.

Delivery Clause:
All orders are pick up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within 25 miles of pick-up location with an additional delivery fee of $20.

Change Cutoff:
Decisions are tough! But we're here to help. Order changes can be made up to 10 days before your pick-up date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply if the changes can be made. Please note this also applies to changes of pick-up date.

Inspiration:
Thanks tons for sending those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas – I’ll try to keep it close.

Color Matching:
A picture is worth a thousand words but they're not always accurate when it comes to color. Lighting, screens, and resolution can all make a difference. I cannot guarantee colors to match perfectly but I will get as close as I can.

In A Hurry?
While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 5 days will require a rush fee of $25.

Price Adjustments:
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old butter prices – darn it).

Eenie Meenie Order Minimums:
(That didn’t rhyme – I’m a baker not a poet). I require a minimum of 1 dozen for standard to large cookies. Need fewer? Stay tuned for a holiday sale announcement on my Facebook page!

Product Photography Say Cheese!!:
We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ sweets and post on Facebook. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.

Copycats:
Copyright images (think Star Wars, Avengers and Peppa Pig) are protected, and I won’t be able to replicate them baked as goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?). We can make a similar color palette though, so let’s talk!

Bulk Order:
Due to the custom work required for each cookie, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.

It's All Yours Now!:
Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns.

Pay Means Yay!:
Once you’ve submitted payment for your order you’re accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because my cookies are awesome!
